Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy for bedding and mattresses?

We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of delivery, provided it is in good condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Brightr Sleep ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the near future.

How do I care for my Brightr Sleep products?

Most of our bedding is machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
